• Standard check-in time is 2PM and check out 12PM.
• Blackout Cancellation Policy: During Blackout/Long Holidays period cancellation policy will not be applicable.
• Identification Requirement: Each guest must present a copy of their valid NID or other forms of identification documents during check-in.
• Early Check-In: Generally, early check-in is possible if there is a vacant room available upon arrival. The hotel cannot guarantee an early check-in since it depends on availability. It is necessary to book hotel accommodation 1 day ahead for a guaranteed early check-in same as late check-out.
• Document Requirement for Adults: A copy of NID, Driving License, or valid Passport with proper VISA should be presented at check-in for each adult guest.

Food and Dining Policies:

• Complimentary Breakfast: Complimentary Buffet Breakfast for two (per bedroom) is available at Casablanca Restaurant on the 2nd Floor.
• Buffet breakfast timing: 7 AM - 10:30 AM.
• Buffet breakfast may not be available if the hotel has low occupancy.
• Dining Options: The restaurant is open for à la carte services only. For guest hygiene, in-room dining service is encouraged.
• Prohibited Items: Outside foods and alcohol are not allowed.
• Outside Items Prohibition: Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not allowed.

Hygiene and Safety Policies:

• Room Turndown and Makeup Services: For hygiene purposes, room turndown and makeup services will be available from the 2nd night of your stay.
• Social Distancing: Please maintain social distance during your stay.
• Personal Hygiene Kit: Please carry your own personal hygiene kit and follow the hotel's sanitizing process before entering.
• Firearms Policy: All firearms with licenses issued between January 6, 2009 to August 5, 2024 are not allowed.

Swimming Pool & Gym Usage Policy:

• To keep the swimming pool neat and clean, guests are requested to wear appropriate synthetic swimming costumes (e.g., Men: only synthetic sports shorts; Women: only long synthetic sports leggings and synthetic sports T-shirt). The pool is available for a maximum of 35 persons at a time from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
• Extra child (from 5 to 10 years) swimming pool charge will be BDT 650 per hour.
• Gym usage requires a proper dress code and sports shoes, with a maximum of 2 adults per bedroom entitled to 1-hour complimentary use from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Maximum 4 persons allowed at a time.
• Swimming Pool Dress Code: To maintain the hygiene and safety of our Infinity Swimming Pool, all guests must wear appropriate synthetic swimming costumes.
• Gym Dress Code: To use our Lifestyle Fitness Center gym, all guests must wear athletic/sports clothes and shoes.

**Please note that Sayeman Beach Resort will conduct its annual swimming pool maintenance from March 01, 2026 to March 16, 2026. During this period, the swimming pool will be temporarily unavailable. Guests may use the swimming pool at Sayeman Heritage during this time. We appreciate your understanding

General Hotel Policies:

• Mini Bar Policy: For smooth check-out, the mini-bar will be locked after 9:30 am on the check-out date. If you need it to remain open, please inform the Front Desk or Housekeeping in advance.
